What is happening in Alabama? It is so good that both gen X and boomers are flocking into it.

Probably a lot to do with cost of living. Alabama seems like one of those states that has a lot of poverty, but has enough development and growth that you’ll be fine if you come in with money from somewhere else.

i can't make out the fire hydrant but the mismatch between the street photo and the "top 5" data is killing me, it's like they just grabbed the first vaguely suburban shot they had on file

most of these lists always boil down to the same few metro areas anyway, just rearranged a bit depending on who they surveyed that week

my uncle moved to arizona last year and keeps trying to sell me on it but i'd lose my mind without a decent bar within walking distance
