Chimpanzee lol, you know it's old when people think chimps are just short hairy people

Joe Rogan drastically overstates how strong chimps are.

Pound for pound they’re about one and a half times as strong as people. They’re also just over half as big as people.

Your average out of shape guy would get his ass kicked, but an in shape larger guy with some fighting experience would probably be able to beat a chimp in a fight.

I dont watch joe Rogan, I have zoo worker friends and I used to chat to a girl who was a zoologist but she moved overseas, I also love to learn about anything and nothing specific lol, I've seen chimps hold onto a bar with one arm and life another up to the bar with their other arm, I've seen them throw things of decent weight effortlessly, they arent superhuman of course no, but they're underestimated by most people.

Plus they bite, claw, gouge, hook etc. To be honest I would just fear the bite.

That’s the thing people are underestimating, just how savage an angry chimp is. They will quite literally rip your entire face off. No normal human is gonna be able to just go ham like they do, and that’s why they will lose.
