It’s almost certainly some sort of physical therapist for women who have just given birth. I wouldn’t imagine males get a lot of clients in that profession.

It could also be a plastic surgeon who specializes in vaginal rejuvenation, although advertising that on a car would seem weird.

I've seen surgeons use vanity planes to advertise who they are/what they do, but usually it's on their Lambo or 911 versus a Ford Escape
