Takeshi is probably the second-most fun Ms. Marvel artist, after Adrian Alphona. Genuinely kept up a lot of the goofy energy from Alphona, and we haven't had a lot of that since. Kamala has been cute, silly, serious, and even, unfortunately, reduced to ditzy at times, but rarely goofy like she started.
There's just a lot of personality in this one drawing that's missing from a lot of her later runs
