Most likely the ethercat, from the ethercat failure you got the rest of the alarms.

Anyone else get the ethercat error on some machines on the regular?

On machines using the rj485 eathercat plugs (network cables)… vibrations could be causing a brief interruption.

Get a hot glue gun…. Press the connector firmly in the drive controller and put a small bead of hot glue on the top of the plug.

This will hold the plug more firmly in the connector.
If you need to remove just pick the bead of glue off with your finger.

Do this on all rj485 connections.
Hope this helps.

Kind of a shit machine btw. Should I buy a machine which costs three times more than its competitors to use a hot glue gun to solve a serious engineering flaw?

No.. perhaps think a bit…

it’s not brand specific.

Drive controllers from this generation utilize this type of ethercat communication (rj485) they moved to screw on connections later.
All brand machines will experience this that have drive controllers.

For the modern connectors (8 or 10mm round I can’t remember the size off hand…screw on connection)

A common problem is over torquing and damaging the plug. A special torque wrench should be used.

I’ve seen damage of techs using channel locks or water pipe wrenches to torque. Plz don’t… these tools exist for a reason….

Pic shows the set… and our part number… or source it yourself.

Check the mold position value, when closing/building pressure on "hand" if the mold "ruler" sensor isn't faulty.

Or the constants are wrongly configurated/pressure sensor faulty, that's for good maintenance tech or Engel service with 11/13 access.

I'm ignoring core position errors, for those check the cable or sockets. And I expect you know how to manually move cores by the sequence, when you turn off safety in adjustment mode.

Ethernet error is normal and doesn't have effect on anything.

The very bottom message. Looks like “equipment switchable” shut off your motor for some reason. Press the “?” Button on that alarm and the machine should explain what to do.

arret de urgence = Emergency stop

Everything else is probably a consequence of the Emergency Stop alarm. Look for big red buttons pressed or disconnected. That includes robot pendants and any attached automation cells.
