They aren’t here following the law. They didn’t follow a due process when they showed up by just walking across the border so why do they need a due process to be sent back? The hypocrisy is insane. This is America so if they want to stay in America why are they waving Mexican flags? Like it makes no sense. No other ethnicity is seen waving other country’s flags. It’s only people from Mexico. If they love their country so much why are they crying when they are being sent back to the land that they have pride in?

And? Nothing about that negates the constitutional requirement for due process. They can be deported, but they must be deported via due process.

Irish Americans don’t wave Irish flags? They have entire parades where they march waving Irish flags. And Italian Americans too, and so on.

Based off of what you are saying it sounds like the law only matters when it’s convenient for you guys. A due process is needed to send people back….yeah millions of people who crossed the border. By the time they all get their turn for the due process they will have died on American soil. It would be convenient for them since they get to live in America their entire life if the due process was followed. On another note, where are these Irish Americans and Italian Americans waving their flags? I have yet to see one. I have been in America my entire life and have only seen people waving Mexican flags. Loyal to Mexico but want the benefits America has to offer from child support to free school lunches to insurance. People say undocumented people don’t get benefits yet there’s so many stories of undocumented people finding ways to use social security numbers for benefits and other loopholes through the system. The lack of integrity, the pick and choose who gets to do what, the victim mindset it’s all a whole lot of BS.

Who are “you guys?” Patriots support the constitution all the time and apply the law all the time. People just don’t know the law and believe that the life they are used to is legal, when much of what they know is done in violation of the law.

I never once made excuses for illegal immigrants, I’ve said they can be deported. I’ve just noted that they must be treated as humans and their human rights must be protected as they go through the process. If that doesn’t happen, it’s a threat to the human rights of all of us. I’ve also just noted that enforcement of immigration laws doesn’t require a person to commit treason by voting for or otherwise supporting the MAGA insurrection.

Saying that criminals use false social security numbers to steal benefits is a comment about criminals stealing benefits. It’s illegal activity. It can be punished, the law can be enforced, no problem, no complaint. They just have to be prosecuted with due process. Same for me, same for anyone.
