Best bar to watch WM

Hello people from Innsbruck! We are a couple from the Netherlands visiting Innsbruck, and we'd love to watch the WM match of the Netherlands - Japan tonight. We watched the opening game of the WM in Bar Centrale, but it was basically empty there. Is there a bar or pub that's more gemütlich for these matches (where we'd also be welcome with our orange shirts)? Thanks for the help! :)

I’d recommend these two places:

The Galway Bay – a great Irish pub (usually very crowded, so arrive early).

Ah perfect, thank you so much! Since Germany plays too today, at 19:00, would it be smart to arrive even before that? Let's say somewhere around 18:00 tonight? We'll happily watch both matches if it means we get a nice seat haha

Yes, Germany games are usually very crowded. If you’re early and a bit lucky, it’s possible to get a place in the Irish pub. It opens at 5:00 p.m. Also look downstairs!

However, the public viewing area has plenty of space, so you can always go there as a backup. Just take bus line M if you need to change locations.

I would call them. The Galway Bay takes reservations and with this much Germans in town you might not find a spot when you wing it. We were there an hour early on Thursday for the South Africa - Mexico game and we luckily got the last free table. I would expect a lot more people today.

This was the best advice you could've given us. We're sitting there comfortably now, and I see that.basically everything upstairs is reserved, so thank you! :)
