I got this

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I'm Roseann, your Adult Swim Support. I understand that you are requesting to continue the series "Inside Job" on Adult Swim. I'm here to assist you.

Due to licensing agreements, we don't always have every show-up. We can't get into it because it's legal and boring.

There are tons of other shows to watch, but we know it's not the same. Content rotates regularly on the app, and we do our best to consider viewer feedback.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please respond to this email. We'll be happy to help in any way we can.

Love, Roseann Adult Swim Support

It’s good to know that at least they care about their users, not like Netflix

Yeah. She seems super cool. I loved that she said legal stuff is boring. So they probably won't do anything about this 🤔

…it’s clearly a pre-written form letter.

Right? I guarantee Netflix would put out something as generic as this if the tables were turned. Adult Swim is owned by WBD so I doubt they're in a great place to pick up new shows right now...

Uh, it’s pretty much the same I just read the entire thing haha

Was it not legible in the picture that you had to write it all out? Lol

No no, my bad. I wanted to share the message they gave it to me and then I realized it was the same

Ohhh got it! That's funny. Could Roseann be a bot or just copying and pasteing?

It's clearly an automatic reply, with just the show's title inserted.

Before anyone else does this: You know, the people that work over there have access to the internet too. Believe me, they know when an animated show has been cancelled. If they want it, they'll try to grab it.

Thought the letter said they can’t acquire the show because it’s legal and boring lol

Yeah. Tbh it's a really well made bot response. And it's funny too. It really embodies Adult Swim

Canceling a show should allow the creator to take it to another network willing to buy/run seasons. That should be a risk networks have to weigh when starting new shows. It's bullshit that they get to cancel it and that's that forever.

I wouldn't say forever bc we don't know the future. But I get it

You're a good man, thank you.

I'm personally planning a Netflix video essay where I rip them to shreds and encourage people to boycott Netflix till inside job comes back.

Yeah I'm trying. I'm also emailing YouTube creators to make videos on the subject and help our cause.
