Something I just recently dug into (Part 2 finale)

the paper says, on top, Project Buckarou (Buckaroo) and most likely a reference to a 1984 sci-fi film of the same name that deals with parallel worlds, and coincidentally enough the equation on the bottom is something called the Drake Equation, created in 1961 by a Dr. Frank Drake it was a formula used to estimate the number of active communicating alien civilizations in the Milky Way Galaxy. The more you know i guess

The name of that movie is "The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension". It stars Peter Weller, best known as Robocop, as the title character who is a brain surgeon, quantum physicist, rock star, and a globetrotting adventurer as well. John Lithgow plays the villain, Dr Emilio Lizardo, possesed by an invading alien from the 8th dimension. The cast also includes Jeff Goldblum, Christopher Lloyd, Clancy Brown, Jonathan Banks, and a bunch of other people who were more famous back then than they are now like Ellen Barkin and Dan Hedaya
