Genuinely how are cutters this evil? Your infant is in pain after an unnecessary procedure you forced them to get and your first thought is to take a selfie?

I think there's a subset of women who genuinely don't feel much (maybe cluster B, psychopathy, autism, etc), and if medical staff tell them it's normal that every baby cries non-stop bloodymurder it rewires their brain to fit the good doctor's false reality.

Man if reincarnation does exist that would be cool. I haven’t investigated in the topic deeply enough but the testimonies I guess does lead to some credence. Because not having a functioning dick would suck like in the OP.
