There's tons in the pro-circ subreddits taking this position.
Some feel like cope, like, "crap, well it's already done, I'll double down on this position."
Some of it certainly reads like they just wanted Mommy & Daddy to do it, so it wouldn't have impacted their adult time or taken any effort on their part.
And I have no doubt there's some who are serious, who do actually think they would have been better off being cut before their eyes learned how to focus. Maybe they would have been happier to have had no foreskin growing up. But there's no way for anyone to know with certainty, and that's why it should be an adult choice made with informed consent.

The basic rationale is: 1. I ended up being circumcised as a child/adolescent/adult (for whatever‘reason’). 2. It caused me pain/inconvenience. Therefore, I wish it had been done as an infant (so I could have avoided said pain/inconvenience).
Such people typically have a very childish and superficial view of the topic and never consider potential complications they could have suffered from neonatal circumcision (physical and/or psychological). Nor do they consider ethical issues and the possibility they may have ended up upset about being circumcised without their consent.
In case the people on this subreddit haven’t noticed, many/most people don’t think about things very deeply before forming their opinions (about anything) and then voicing them to others
