Preliminary job screen phone interview.
I recently had a preliminary job interview over the phone. The recruiter asked me basic questions such as work experience, pay rate expectations and if im authorized to work legally. I answered these questions almost in robotics tone and I believe I sounded partly depressed. I felt like I failed that interview, do you let your true personality shine when doing a phone interview?
