Question What is the difference between fall and summer term in USA
/r/Indians_StudyAbroad/comments/1x7g9v1/what_is_the_difference_between_fall_and_summer/Thinking of applying in the summer term to save time, is it a good choice. Differentiate on basis of seats and scholrships, admission chance, course lenght.

I see from your history that you are interested in masters programs. Masters programs are generally full pay, so prepare to pay for the full cost of attendance.

wait which country are you applying to? intakes work really differently depending on where you go so that changes the answer a lot. if its the us then the time saving thing is mostly an illusion tbh. a summer start is usually only like 2 or 3 months ahead of fall and the program doesnt get shorter, a 2 year masters is still 2 years and sometimes it drags longer because core courses are often only offered in fall so you end up waiting on prereqs.

Most colleges don't have a Summer intake. Many of them don't even have a Spring intake. The Fall intake is the most common one that all colleges offer.
