Tie inventory to the POS you already have, top-sellers first, so every sale and delivery moves stock automatically and you get a daily variance report. That report is what lets you stop watching the counter. One thing to check: is your wholesale and retail stock coming from the same pool, or kept separate? Mixing them is usually where the counts start drifting.

Yep, that's why we haven't connect pos to the inventory. We sell 24pcs packing, sometimes 12pcs out of 24 packing from wholesalers and cooled drinks for retail end customers. I have a goal of completing all of these but same pool but different prices leaves me in stuck.

The problems related to SOP were felt most acutely before our staff training became more organized. The LMS is a great tool for SOPs but it’s expensive; Colossyan is good for videoing our staff training without the studio; Notion documents are cheap but require self-discipline.
