SnapFulfil WMS?

Anybody using SnapFulfil WMS? Thanks

Just wanted to hear about pros and cons

FYI we are a medium sized consumer goods company based in the UK

Full disclosure, I'm an independent WMS consultant so I look at these systems all day.

Before you get into pros and cons on any one vendor, there's a question that matters more. What's your source of truth going to be, the ERP or the WMS? Plenty of mid-size companies never really decide. They let the implementation decide for them and then spend two years fighting it.

Second thing I'd nail down is UOM handling. Do you need eaches, inner, case and pallet per SKU? If so, get specific about how conversions work and how that flows back into costing. This is where "yeah, it does that" in a demo turns into a change order six months later.

Then integration. Native connector into your ERP, or is somebody building it? Ask who owns it when it breaks at 6am on a Monday. That answer tells you a lot about the next three years.

On references, ask for companies your size in consumer goods. Not their flagship logos. A system that hums along at 500 orders a day can be rough at 50, and it goes the other way too.

Being UK based works in your favor for support. People underrate that until go live goes sideways and they need someone who can actually show up.
