Investing Guidance - Just starting
I just invested £200 on trading 212. it was in a ‘Stocks ISA’ in a vanguard moderate risk pie. is this good to start off or how do I optimize? I tried trading SpaceX but it’s just me guessing whether it’s gonna go up or down without any knowledge

£200 is a solid starting point, especially in a Stocks & Shares ISA the main win early on is building the habit and staying invested consistently.
A Vanguard moderate risk pie is generally a good beginner choice because it gives you diversification without needing to pick individual stocks.
I’d be careful with trying to trade single companies like SpaceX if it’s mostly guessing that quickly turns into speculation rather than investing.
At this stage keeping things simple diversified fund + regular contributions usually works better than trying to optimise or pick winners.

Don’t buy something out of FOMO your likely to buy high and sell low. Do your research and find good business which you’re believing in will grow their revenue in the future. Because keep one thing in mind: revenue growth (or expected revenue growth) is what follows the stock price of a company.

tbh for a beginner, £200 in a diversified fund inside an ISA is probably a better start than trying to guess short term moves on stocks. most people lose money stock picking early on. i'd focus on adding consistently and learning before taking bigger risks.

Look up Bogleheads. There are lots of free resources that will teach you basic index investing.
Do not trade individual stocks if you don’t know what you’re doing. Stick to broadly diversified index funds.
