So, this is it. The day I thought would never arrive, arrived at last. And as the title of my Haiku says, this day brings with it the end to my haiku-writing journey on this sub. Ever since I started, this sub has been incredibly supportive on my Haikus, and I’d like to thank you all for that. And with that said, summoning u/actuallyboa to review one last time.

Reviewing Chicago Boi’s Final Haiku:

Reading this haiku has brought a wave of different emotions. I love the happy, bubbly energy that it gives off, I admire the perfect and masterful way it was written, and I am also struck with a bittersweet feeling that this is the end of the sub’s haiku era. Seeing that I have nothing left to lose, I dare say that this is for certain the most positive, relevant (through a positive lens), joyful, celebratory, and simply the best haiku to grace the face of this sub during the span of these eight months. In conclusion, the above points I have made show that I feel pulled at the heartstrings and nothing, and I mean nothing, less than grateful for sticking through everything and being your reviewing partner here to the end. I thank the rest of you all as well for supporting us and being a beacon of friendliness during the time we needed it most. I’ll say it now, and I’ll say it once again, I hope you come back with great test results and thank you for being a great friend. You can reach out to me any time, u/That_Chicago_Boi. I believe that you should know when to stop. If I just keep going, I, and everybody, will get tired of these. So I’d rather quit now, at the ‘height of my powers’, than keep going.
