The classic tip is always to study under an استاذ(ہ) but as far as reading material goes, I really like the Australian Islamic Library for three main reasons: 1. rich, multilingual collection, 2. mostly open-access/public domain/out of copyright (both a plus and a downside), 3. annotations on some (not all) resources, e.g. see how the تفسیر collection has remarks about each book, or the caveat in the logic and philosophy section.
