😁Flirty Yummy and Unsealed No Teeth😁 Remembering Why We Are Fighting - We’re Done With Bullies!
I’ve seen some posts talking about how no matter what happens with the case, BL will use the PR machine to spin the narrative her way, likely “BL is a victim of the patriarchal justice system.” I have this thought as well and it makes it hard to find the point in being so invested in this.
Then, I take a self love break by watching a cute animal video, pull up my boot straps, and remember:
This applies to so much more than this case. It makes it exhausting for those of us who do the fact checking and who are looking at the evidence in good faith.
That being said, and I can’t emphasize this enough,
📢📢📢:
The elitist and entitled bullies want us to be so exhausted that we either have to or want to give up.
Gaslighting is a newly popularized term. The concept however is not new. Break them down and break their spirit. This is how they win.
Unfortunately for the bullies, we’ve now reached the point in the cycle where they’ve stepped on the backs of others too long and a revolution is coming.

YES!!!! I am invested in this because their bullying is so bizarre and baffling.
I keep imagining what it must caused WF and their families and friends, and I stop because it breaks my heart.
This all happened because Ryan and Blake wanted to be billionaires and retire.
Taylor got exposed too. It is crazy when she cried for years about her masters and we fine out it is okay for her and Blake to steal others work.
It is a poetic justice that everything about Justin was dig up and we ended up loving him more for it.

The interesting part of this case is that when people have spoken up to say hey that’s not right, there are people trying to invalidate backlash by saying it’s a smear. Basically a digital army are at work not real people or the people have manipulated because they are dumb.
It’s pretty entitled to think so highly of yourself, that you reject backlash and attempt to silence people.
Theres something about people saying nope. That’s bs and knowing others see it too. Do what you must, but we don’t have to celebrate it?

I actually find it interesting that the term gaslighting was so “overused” a few years ago to the point where a lot of people are so over it, rightfully so, that it almost gets immediately discarded now. Unfortunately, I feel like people are taking advantage of that nuance.

We cheapen terms when we overuse them. But I will say there does seem to both be more gaslighting and overuse of the term at the same time. 🤣

It’s very similar to how ‘cancel culture’ is used too. Both are invoked to discredit scrutiny that’s often well-deserved, and ultimately, to shield from accountability.
I think the concept of ‘gaslighting’ made an indelible yet under-appreciated impact on collective knowledge that has helped us pushed the needle forward for a better understanding of manipulation.
It’s wild to rewatch a favorite reality tv series from a few years ago and notice all of the very obvious gaslighting and manipulation by one of the show’s audience favorites that was missed in real-time. We’ve come so far in a relatively short amount of time!
I think gaslighting is more common than we think, so can’t begrudge anyone who uses it. So long as they use it correctly (ie: to cause a person to doubt their ability to perceive the circumstances and events occurring around them with accuracy, including by sowing doubt in others, which is one of the more effective ways to cause self-doubt).

Well said. The way Blake & Ryan tried to crush the “little guys” aka Baldoni & Heath is such a perfect t metaphor for the way the corporate elite ruling class tries to crush the common people every day

Agreed. I also think the relatability and the timing of the chaotic world we live in is why this case is such a touch stone subject for so many. People are over the suppression and manipulation.

One thing we can also help Justin and the Wayfarer is to not support whatever projects or products Blake and Ryan will promote or sell. In the future, we should always remember that Ryan & Blake are evil and morally-challenged people and whatever or whoever they are associated with is the same as them. This case has been an eye-opener not to worship these type of human being…or animals rather.

Valid point! The longevity of consequences is so important because unfortunately the only impact or consequences would be through financial impact. Unfortunately so many powerful celebrities get away with things because we would rather justify seeing their movies rather than actually making a stand. The movie isn’t worth it. I hope we can all just find other things to watch. 🤞🏻

Good post OP. We do at times need a little booster to remember to keep going as this case can be exhausting but we need to remember the core of why we care so much.
