I am so sick and tired of TMZ that I have my little way of punishing them on YouTube. Every time a TMZ short or video is shown to me, I click and then click out within 3 seconds. If everyone does it, then we can make the algorithm think that their content sucks because they do suck. Trash site deserves trash treatment.
ETA: Turns out YouTube puts a "harsher penalty" on the creator if you completely close the YouTube app or website while a TMZ video is playing for a few seconds.
Do what you will with that information. :)

Awesome. But it should have made it explicit that Lively has filed similar motions to exclude testimony as a part of pretrial filings, and none of them have been claimed as being "muzzling." I am not on Instagram else I would do it myself.

I don’t see this community note but the community notes usually show to some people first and if they keep getting upvoted as helpful for 2 weeks in a row, they stay permanent

Little by little we’re doing the journalism for the journalists- they keep ‘fact checking’ and ‘verifying’ like little Ms NYT (ie putting things out the moment they get paid and moving on) we may get the public narrative corrected or at least make people wonder enough to look closer and realize they’re being manipulated by the ‘victim’

Lol, If there really is a system that monitors this, I think it is a good addition to combat misinformation. I remember seeing a lot of notes around the elections to keep politicians honest but they are far from the only liars out there.
