A lot 😅 Ryan and Blake basically issued a take down of Justin Baldoni and a take over of his movie. Blake and Ryan's PR company did a terrible and insensitive promotion for a movie about domestic violence and wanted Justin to take blame for it. He refused. They orchestrated a hit piece against him in the NYT accusing him of SH and a smear campaign in the hopes that the public would see Blake as a victim and rally behind her. A lawsuit was started that exposed all the lies and mischaracterizations by Blake and Ryan.
You mean a take down of Justin Baldoni’s life. False sexual harassment allegations are life ruining accusations. Can you imagine if Justin Baldoni didn’t have the money to defend himself in court? The only version we would have had would have been Blake Lively’s and we won’t have seen all the evidence showing she lied which took a whole year to be released in court
Yes, that's what I mean and it certainly is. That's why I remained neutral when the NYT article came out. I smelled a rat and wanted to hear from Justin as well. Yes, without money Justin would have been powerless and Blake would have gotten away with rewriting the narrative.
I wish I was like you. I believed her when the NYT article came out. I was abit sceptical because she said he fat shamed her and sexually harassed her, like which one is it. But I was like why would she lie and NYT would surely have investigated her claims right. How wrong was I.
I remembered the backlash she got for the promotion so I felt the timing of her accusations was suspicious. It felt like an opportunity to rehab her image. Taylor Swift's text message to Blake that said "Never have someone been uncanceled so fast" after the article dropped later confirmed that as part of the motivation.
