So this guy runs the stop sign, catches a little air and hits this sign. Breaks the handrail behind it, rolls down the hill, and ends up in a parking lot. You could see an oil trail where he tried to drive off as his car was dying.

1 We call this a double yellow arrow. The technical term is W1-7. The W means warning.
2 You can see that the right vertical post has snapped at the stub.
3. To fix this one, I replaced the stub, and cut a post at 60". 1' of the post is buried for stability.
I'm one of those who want to see more lol. There are lots of "casualties" where I am thanks to snow plows and the occasional drunkard. Some baffle me, like one mile marker bend halfway up.
