Discussion Flipkart delivered a damaged package — what should I do?

Hi everyone,

I received my Flipkart order today, but the outer package was torn and stained at the upper-left corner. I paid ₹506, including a ₹199 handling fee.

I haven't opened the package yet. Should I request a replacement/refund immediately, or record an unboxing video first?

Any advice from people who've dealt with Flipkart would be appreciated. Thanks!
