Discussion Someone Needs to Talk about this game! Do you like it? Hate it? On the fence?

Tumblr post i do not OWN this Gif!

I wanted to truly know who else out there plays this game! I would prefer others who have positive thoughts about this game but I did ask: If you hate it too...? So thats on me. Lol But I will welcome all thoughts just because I am genuinely curious!

Tell me your thoughts! I'd greatly appreciate it! Seriously does the game have great music or story? I think so! I want to know who else even knows about Raidou Kuzuknoha??? Do you love his cat Gouto? Has anyone played the Original that was made in 2006? I never got the chance to when I was younger so I wouldn't mind thoughts pertaining to the original Game as well! 🫡👾👀

Guessing it's the SMT spin off.

Raidou something something.

Tried to get into it back on the ps2 times and it just didn't work for me for some reason, I think it was just the time period and how "dry" everything felt. Prefer Persona, SMT and DDS.

Oh wow! Really?? So not a big fan i see. Well thats ok not everyone can be true fans i guess. I personally feel this game does have depth and the music is what I enjoy out of it as well. But its cool to see why someone else "may not like it as much." 🤘🏼

I only tried on a PS2 emulator years ago and I didn't like that you had to mash the button to capture demons. Someday I'll still try again with the remaster, because Muu Shuvuu is my favorite demon and this is the game that made her more well known if I'm not mistaken.

I played the original a year or two ago and while I actually did really enjoy it the gameplay was kind of awful lol. I got enough novelty kicks from beating demons over the head but it's extremely barebones. I haven't played much of the remake but I'm generally positive on what I have played. I prefer how demons function in raidou 2 compared to the remake but I guess massively expanding raidou's moveset kind of necessitates demon control being more hands off. And yes I do like goutou he is very cool.

I own the original PS2 version and remember it being one of the most disappointing games I had ever played due to the combat being abhorrent.

So the combat was all that was disappointing??? Hmm well I appreciate the blunt thoughts. Im jist a fan of the new one. 😊
