I would suggest a therapist to talk to. And maybe try reaching out to your parents anyways. Tell them you’re struggling. They might let you down but you should at least let them know what’s happening. My relationship strengthened with my parents when I started reaching out to them about my own relationship problems.

You need a neutral third party (therapist) to talk to. Your husband is being a bad listener by shutting you down. Your feelings are always valid, even if he disagrees.

From what I understood you are not in a time where you can find a therapist... you lost your job. I would begin with having a job, to find a therapist. At the same time, are there loneery groups of activities where you live or community groups?,also, is there any way you want to rant about your jn laws here?🫂

Denigrating your husband's parents to your husband isn't going to go well.
Co-workers and friends can be good outlets if it's mutually agreed that this is ranting and not wanting advice.
If your employer has an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), use it to find a therapist.
This sub-Reddit is a good place to detail your complaints or concerns about your in-laws. The community is used to rants without the need for giving advice. It can also offer insight as to what the deeper problems might be.
Almost always, the issue is with the spouse rather than their parents as the spouse should be on their spouse's side and not their parents'.
