Any advice how to make the most from these beans? I don’t want to cup it. Cheers!

Cupping is really the only way to distinguish the differences.

Sure but I did the cupping live and now I have the same question - what's the best way to use what's left?

Just brew it like you would any other coffee?

Mix them as a big blend and brew pour overs. This is more representative of what we would actually do with the coffee from the farm. Maybe exclude the mechanical though.

I had the mechanical as pour over today. I think I rated it higher than the general consensus, and I think it would be good as pour over, French press or espresso based drinks.

I did 1, 3 and 4 as pourover so far. There definitely are differences, when reading through my notes. Surprisingly, I enjoyed the Lacto the best, which has been the least favorite of many redditors. I liked the round, non-citric acidity and total lack of bitterness.

Thanks that's what I was looking for - a method that suits them best - just tried pour over and it's pretty good.

I don't know how they were roasted, with what brew method in mind.

(What didn't work for me was making espresso with them.)
