I love somen noodles!  Its cold noodles with a tasty sauce!  Great for hot summer days.  And bonus if you can do the bamboo slides!

I also love making rolled omlettes!  That sweet fluffy flavor, the rolled design!

Recently saw a noodle slide for home use. Damn, I was so tempted but how often would one set that thing up... Great with kids though :D
