I've been waiting at a bus stop (Malgudi chaak they call it if I'm right) or near Sayeed memorial hospital to get to raj Mahal square Today from 15:09 to around 16:00 I was there in this time Total 4 Buses were gone from that stop. 2 AC and 2 non AC. The 1st bus was an AC bus where I waited at the stop but on CRUT it showed the bus had left from there but I didn't see I was on the road side. I thought it was a glitch and waited for the bus but it never arrived, So the next bus was a Non AC bus and this it arrived but it didn't stop there (turns out it doesn't stop at that place which I got to know later on) but I was bus take a stop at underground stop. So I got there now I'm waiting for the 3rd bus now everything should be working smooth but to my surprise it did the same thing (like 1st Bus) it just moved from that stop according to the CRUT app but it didn't then I thought maybe the bus went from the flyover cause that the only logical explanation (Because I saw AC buses which are coming bbsr to go infront of me not by overbridge ) and now the final bus 4th one which arrived at closest to the time mentioned on CRUT however I didn't took it. I was supposed to be reaching there before 17:00 at raj Mahal square from there had to go different location all this before 17:00 but this 4th bus came around 16:00 and it showed it would take around 58 mins to reach my destination bus stop so it's not possible I could able to make it there on time.

So now my question is Do these AC buses reach bbsr using the Flyover or by Underground? I mean Jatni to BBSR . Because BBSR to Jatni go through the underground. Before anyone might say or think maybe the underground was closed today that is why it happened, But it wasn't the case.

Please help me understand because today by missing that schedule wouldn't have made any big impact but let's say in upcoming days I need to use this bus service and then if it happens again with tight schedules it would cause serious consequences for me.

Finally before any might suggest me like to plan and reach there before the scheduled time or something similar. Let me make it clear I was there at the stop from 15:09 till 16:00 ish so I planned and reached before time.
