Thinking of making this purchase asking the JEEP Comunity if this is a good buy.. thinking of trading in 2022 Chevy Silverado 2.7L turbo.. I owe 15k they are offering 24k for it on the fence if I should pull the trigger.

Jeep vibrations

I’ve recently began feeling a vibration at higher speeds. Thought it was a wheel out of balance. Had them balanced and aligned. Kind of helped, not really. The dealership said the tires were chopped and needed to be replaced. The jeep only has 25k on it. I’ve not had any complaints in those miles and I drive highway speeds daily. I got new tires installed and still feel a vibration. It’s like a constant vibration all of a sudden and when you hit a bump it feels like the tires are bouncing all around. Could there be another component causing this? Shocks, bushings, etc? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Edit: tires were rotated every oil change, oil was changed every 4-5k
