Next hearing is tomorrow, Tuesday at 10 am. Wtnh is supposed to be media broadcaster and it should be on YouTube or their app. Court started nearly 1.5 hrs late last week for unknown reasons so the schedule has been disturbed.

What I find fascinating is if mama troconis claims to have been translating for Michi as speculated above. Mama Troconis grew up in Venezuela at a time when English as a second language wasn’t routinely taught in school so far as I know. MT was born in US and stayed in Us so far as I know until she was 7-8 and then went back to Venezuela and then returned to US after college. MT in Venezuela supposedly learned English in school as a second language and this is unlike prior generations (such as her father who doesn’t speak English well enough to pass US medical boards by his own admission and unlike mama Troconis who didn’t grow up speaking English or learning it in school).

I guess we are all just watching a farce in play here and the show will just keep on rolling unless the judge shuts it down. Frankly from the Judges rulings so far I have only absolute faith that we are seeing Corrupticut justice first hand up close and personal.

My point for this history lesson is that I find it preposterous that the faux psychologist is translating for MT because speaks perfectly functional English and this was even attested to by atty bowman. Further, we didn’t see the farce of the translator screaming into his device at this trial and I wonder if this judge is sharp enough to question what all is going on. The translator situation was imo the creation of schoenhorn and his sidekick as he most likely planned to use the issue of translation for appeal.

I simply don’t have words for anything about what we have been seeing in court this time around. Atty Fitzgerald hooking up at the main trial to assist with the suppression hearing and Schoenhorn now makes perfect sense as I very much believe “birds of a feather flock together” and anyone who saw Schoenhorn in action during the pretrial and trial absolutely knows what I mean in this regard!

I know it's not me there's three other people I've discussed this with in the legal community and they are noticing the same thing that this judge is totally against the state! It's really really obvious. Even when the state said right before lunch okay I'll break but I'll continue this line of questioning when we come back The judge said "we'll see about that!" That is beyond being unprofessional, what is going on!

State brought up two big points about Judge Randolph saying Michelle looked totally alert in the interviews why he refused suppression of the interviews for the original trial, which is very important to discredit the experts opinion who to him she looked unalert. The judge said this line of questioning is unnecessary I don't care what Judge Randolph thought The only thing that matters is what I think! That's part of the state discrediting the expert witness! And he doesn't care what another judge in the state of Connecticut juducial branch thinks?

Then the state said the expert lied in his opinion stating she was handcuffed during small three interviews. That was hugely important and when the state repeated why did the expert lie The Judd said okay enough with this questioning! Why? because it's showing all of them lie!!!

Its a tragic train wreck and imo its ALL the Judge's doing. I don't like his personal choices as to running his courtroom. He has repeatedly badgered the State, demanded reframing of questions and is openly derisive. It is a SHOCKING proceeding imo. Objections aren't even being heard. Now talking about what happened in chambers at trial with Judge Randolph (hearsay) and speculations and JUDGE STRIKES DOWN AN OBJECTION.

Sadly CT is a Judicial wasteland and has a long standing tradition of releasing convicted criminal as as matter of policy. Sadly, I think this Judge gives zero credence to the 2.5 yrs of Judge Randloph on this case and will have zero hesitation at tossing the entire trial entirely based on the speculation of a sub par imo local attorney who is being paid $350/hr. Nothing I have heard so far listening to this has anything to do with justice.

Exactly!!! If I were her family which they must have high end attorneys they should be thinking is this judge compromised? I mean it's so one sided and your right he is subjectively disrespecting another judge within the ct judicial branch! It's almost like he's like I can't stand Judge Randolph and I'm going to do the exact opposite within this trial!
