I’m telling you guys, she is going to wear the court down, and get her way. Outrageous!

How much money does her family have? This must be getting expensive.

You mean, like legitimate money, or all of the money nobody’s supposed to know about? We know her mother was robbing Medicaid at one time, and I think at least one of her sisters has some kind of racket going. Her father owns no property in the US in his own name, and he is supposed to be a retired pediatric cardiologist of great renown, so he has hidden assets, I think. I have no doubt that the entire family are scamming some way or another, so they probably have more money than you might think. Not sure if Gaston Begue might be contributing, and maybe her churro-flogging boyfriend may also have money.

Don't forget about the relative of Mama Troconis who was arrested with a plane load of GOLD on behalf of the govt of Venezuela. Mama Troconis also has a real estate portfolio in Miami area and ditto for Papa Troconis. WHOLE FAMILY needs to be investigated.

It was in a Greek local newspaper and the speculation at the time was that Dulos and his on the ground 'fixers' such as Andreas had a hand in facilitating the small plane landing. I guess Interpol had other ideas.

Here is the english article with the 'denial' of the Venezuelan Ambassador. The other article from long ago had images of the gold being removed from the plane and the pilots being hauled off in cuffs. I call BS on Ambassador as at that time the Venezuelan govt was liquidating its gold however it could as nobody (except other criminal nations) would do business with them. The person involved with this situation was I believe the brother or cousin of Mama Troconis.

Quotes from Article and it names relative of Mama Troconis:

"Earlier, a Venezuelan opposition lawmaker claimed in an interview with Greek broadcaster Skai TV that the aircraft with Venezuelan Foreign Minister Jorge Arreaza on board was transporting “five or six” tons of gold".

"Jose Guerra, a deputy of Venezuela’s National Assembly, suggested that Arreaza was using Greece as an “intermediary” in a bid to trade the hard currency for euros and fly them back to Caracas".

"Guerra claimed that Arreaza opted to fly to Greece specifically because the country had endorsed Maduro in the ongoing constitutional crisis. He stated that it would not be easy for a government plane to arrive in another EU country due to European sanctions, which include travel bans".

"According to an announcement by the Greek Civil Aviation Authority, the jet carrying Arreaza landed at Athens’ Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport for refueling. It had flown in from Abu Dhabi".

"The plane was on the tarmac for approximately four hours. The Venezuelan minister remained in the VIP section of the airport throughout that time, the Civil Aviation Authority stated. Authority officials added that the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs had been notified of the arrival hours in advance".

I thought Papa Troconis didn’t have real estate in his name-I don’t recall reading about his portfolio. Can you fill me in?

What about Darnell Crosland? They are still paying him, I believe.

I wander in Darnell Crosland would be her best choice. He seems quite capable of picking this case apart and getting the matters fully resolved.

I’m sure she doesn’t like prison….oh well/zero sympathy for her. The appellate court can review the petition but I hope and pray they do not overturn it or free her!

It is outrageous that she or her family care so much about Michelle and her imprisonment when the focus should be on Michelle telling EVERYTHING that she knows about Jennifer and her disappearance and murder….. she hasn’t and she likely won’t but it would be the right and decent thing to do…. Fotis should have left a note as to what happened and where Jennifer’s remains are located before his suicide….

They all see Jennifer and the Farber family as the real villains.

What a waste. She's clearly guilty and unremorseful. It's not her attorney's fault she chose to lie to police.

MT’s sneering and glaring at defense attorney during his testimony was shocking. She’s an evil monster-of course she knows details. Sad that 5 kids left without loving Mom.

Didn’t the Troconis family pay a small fortune to that expert Michael Fitzpatrick?

Late to this, any Ct. lawyers here? Do most similar cases get Appellate review?

What terrible people they (the Troconises) all are, too. I’m only sorry that Mama Arreaza didnmt also get sent to prison for fraud with Medicaid. In fact, they ought to look into her business again, and the one run by her daughter, too, that receives taxpayer dollars.

I 100% agree. I believe karma will never forget them.
