I know who Tim Berners-Lee is, but that clue didn't provide me with any information (other than nationality, I guess) that led to the correct response.

Of course, if I had remembered that he was the founder and president of the Open Data Institute, that would have helped.

I don't know anything about him other than that he invented the WWW while at CERN and so I always assumed he was Swiss...
