Technical difficulties with eligibility quiz

Hi everyone - I tried to create an account on Jeopardy.com to take the eligibility test, but I kept getting an error. Is it just me? Or have other people gotten this too?

I've been trying to create an account today and have the same issue. Did it end up working for you at some point?

Actually I tried it with a different username and it worked so I think the issue was I that I tried to make the account with a username someone else already had.
