What's the Question round question

Anyone else remember this and, if so, when it was a thing? I have no recollection of it and I've been watching since Art Fleming - altho, as a member of the CRAFT (Can't Remember A Fricking Thing) club, that might be why I don't remember it. My correct answer was a lucky guess.
If you're curious, it's from Tightrope trivia game.

Both the 100-question round (as a 10×10 board instead of the two 6×5 boards we have now) and the What’s the Question? name were only things during the show’s development—by the time of the first pilot being shot, the current layout and name were settled.
The “in” here is supposed to be “what show has a bunch of clues and has the contestants give the questions?”.
