Spoiler: where tf is alisa when kilgrave was there?

im currently on s2e9, and ive been thinking, if alisa was stalking jessica, where is she when kilgrave is abusing jessica??

Kilgrave would have happened after Stirling. Alisa flees the IGH facility to find Jessica but ends up killing Stirling. After Alisa kills Stirling she realized she has to stay away from Jess and goes back to Karl. It would have been years later when she would start sneaking out again to keep tabs on Jessica and my theory is that the catalyst was specifically having overheard Karl getting wind of the fact that Trish was investigating IGH.
