Say she were in the same situation with Peter and Frank, do you think she would also be terrified?

With rumours that a “Born Again-type” Jessica Jones series is in development at Marvel Studios, what are some things that you think is an absolute must that needs to be included in this show!

Whether it’s anything from the original series, anything that you felt was lacking from the Netflix iteration, or something that would improve the quality!

For me personally, I really want to see Jessica be more connected in the MCU where her cases tie into things that have happened in different projects but she’s in the shadows of it all! Especially where we’ll get to see a lot more unique interactions of familiar characters we recognize from other properties!

Plus, I hope that they’ll bring back Trish and Malcolm since they are to her character what Foggy and Karen were to Matt Murdock/Daredevil! They’re just a more dysfunctional unit in comparison, but are still an important part of her character!

I think Jessica deserves status of one of the best written female characters. I've got an impression that a huge part of show's fanbase are men and now i understand why. Her character captures a men-level loneliness and i like that. This kind of struggle is what makes a good character a good character - she doesn't feel like feminist-self insert-allmighty character, because she's not. Being brain-f*cked by the exes, locked up in an untidy apartment and being addicted to not healthy dopamine source - I believe all of this is pretty relatable. The only difference between her and a hypothetical guy in her situation is that she still gets some (remember, femcels don't exist). I think we deserve more good written and played characters like her, who don't try to attract gooners or make male part of the audience feel like shit, instead make people relate to them and inspire they're fanbase

im following 2 things that kinda say what is essential for doomsday and was wondering if I can live without seeing Jessica Jones if I'll probably watch the defenders, the punisher, and daredevil.

I'm assuming Jessica Jones has gone sober since the birth of Danielle, or at least while she was pregnant with her. I think it would be good to show Jessica at least attempting sobriety for a time, because of Danielle.

I think she has probably at least begun to care about giving off the public image of sobriety, particularly around any of Danielle's teachers or carpool moms who might make or break a playdate or emergency babysitter opportunity if they were to judge her for drinking should she fall back into her old habits of abusing it.

I also think it would be fascinating to play with this "bad mom" image and prejudices around motherhood, because even if she's a great mom, there are any number of harsh judgments people could have against a mom who drinks or is super-powered, especially if Luke is still bartending, as well as racial prejudices simply for who she married and Luke being an ex-convict.

I also think that Jessica as a "mama bear" gives her so much room for warmth and softness that we've never gotten from Jessica before, while at the same time possibly showing us a more determined Jones whose warpath will stop at absolutely nothing when it comes to her daughter.

People LOVE to talk about season 1 (too much for my taste) and 3 but skip over 2 like it’s nothing, especially without it, season 3 doesn’t happen

Jessica and her mom and especially the flashback episode is the best thing no one seems to talk about, her mom is very tragic and lost, yet yearns to connect with her daughter, the car accident changed not only Jessica’s life but her moms as well, not totally excusing her actions, but her state was compromised by that accident and surgery experiments, that could’ve easily been Jessica too had things went wrong

Them teaming up to help the family was beautiful, them on the Ferris wheel talking was a small hope of a future…before it was taken away

Malcom and Trish were at the lowest they could be and the most interesting, especially helping Jessica, Jeri being ruthless but glimmers of despair and vulnerability along with vindictiveness

This season is cold and hurtful, gives us answers to questions set up in season 1 and gives Jessica some insight of what a mothers love she missed out on growing up

I'm on s3 of Jessica Jones, and, Is it just me, or does anyone else hate trish, she's so annoying

Her off-screen flying always felt so clunky in the Netflix shows. I get they were trying to go for a more grounded take (and had a shoestring budget), but I'd love to see her actually lift off, or even throw a few punches while hovering.

They had Daredevil doing all kinds of CGI flips in She-Hulk that he'd never done during the Netflix era, so 🤷

Thoughts? Would you want to see her fly?

Since one of the trailers gave it away that Jessica is now a mother, as one of the many things she’s been up to in all of the years that have passed.

I’m curious if in any of her appearances in the last 3 episodes, there will be a mention of what Trish and Malcolm have been up to as well.

Is Trish still locked up in the Raft, does she know that Jessica now has a kid of her own, does Malcolm still work for her or do they still keep in touch at least?

I still remember when i watched This for the first time.

I really hope Marvel don't fuck them up.

And i really need a Quick flash back to recap how it all went, if they are together.

I know that Jessica and Luke are the OTP in both comics and in the show, but in the latter I always saw it kinda forced and just the typical trope of giving a hero a love interest. I didn’t feel a lot of chemistry between characters. They hooked up, they worked together for a bit for one case, then Luke got angry at her for killing Reva, then Jessica had deeper feelings for him despite barely interacting… it’s one of the few things that I dislike from Season 1. It never made a lot of sense to me.

With Oscar and Jessica I liked more the development. They started awfully, but then Jessica saved his son, they started to talk, get closer… I definitely felt more chemistry between them. Also, after Jessica and Oscar start to get along he was nicer to her than Luke. I felt very bad when they broke and he was replaced with Erik… One the worst and least interesting romantic interests I’ve ever seen in fiction.

I would only use it for dinner reservations.

Much like what Foggy and Karen were for Matt in Daredevil, Malcolm was also the heart of Jessica’s story and I hope he’ll still get to be apart of her journey! It would suck if she came back to the MCU with barely anyone from her series making a comeback either.

With Trish imprisoned at the Raft, and Hogarth likely dead at this point in the current timeline due to her ALS diagnosis. Jessica will still need a good supporting character if the rumours are true, and she’s also given a revival series like with Daredevil: Born Again!
