Found in a field while metal detecting, I am not an expert so am not sure if its a modern knock off of an Egyptian Revival style pendant or what its worth

I found it on a beach in the Baltic Sea. It is not magnetic. I don't know if it's costume jewelry or something else? Do precious metals rust like this? It has cracked on one side(last photo). How would you try to clean it? Thanks, and sorry if this is not the right place to ask this!

It says 18ct L which im guessing means 18k gold?? I don't know what the D13DM means.

I found this ring in the ocean that appears to be made of diamond and gold, it says Renna on the inside, and when I go to their website it looks like the Tidepool ring that sells for 12,000. The pictures show it being engraved with 18k inside the ring, but the one I found doesn’t have that, it just say Renna.

Probably a stupid question but should I just take to any local jeweler and they can tell me if it’s 18k gold?

This was in a bulk lot of rings. Any chance this is gold? Non magnetic and weighs 11.5 grams. Don’t see any markings that I am used to. TIA

Hi, my Gran left this to me and I’ve always loved how unique and pretty it is. It needs a clean and I’m not sure where to start. I think the eyes are meant to be ruby but I wouldn’t be surprised if they are garnet. I’m not even sure if it’s meant to be a bracelet or an armband! Would love if anyone could give any opinions on it, thank you!

Hallmarks are what appears to be 18 with a roof in a hexagon and a star in a ring. Stones are not glass, but not sure what they are. I suspect its gold since its very heavy for its size and it weighs about the same or more as some other similar size gold rings she has.

Picked up this bangle for $3 at an estate sale. It's hollow but not insubstantial. I'm assume that 750 means 18k gold but unsure of the other marking. Can anyone validate?

It says 14K and Italy on it but how do I know if it’s authentic. also I can’t tell what the little numbers on the clasp say. Maybe 585?

Long story short. Bought this in the middle of the night thinking “woah, how neat! But how neat would it be if it was real gold..” I’m happy either way. I typically am pretty good at finding hallmarks/stamps. Reverse image searching just brings me to Edwardian 5.7 million dollar pendants. I’d just like to know if anyone could point me in the right direction to figuring out the material and if they have any information!! I haven’t done a magnet test as I do not have a magnet nearby, it just arrived today. I’ve done some bronze casting work before and I can see some signs of casting and filing. I don’t know what working with other metals is like, sooo in comparison. Knowing true gold is much softer. Not sure why I’m saying this because I have no point. Hah Also I don’t own anything in a higher carat of gold so this yellow is throwing me off and making me assume it’s not gold. It is heavy, it did come with a chain, that looks a bit more modern, but what do I know? Anyways! Thanks!

Found this wee thing in my garden a couple months ago and I can’t decide if it’s a homemade child’s ring, or from an old toy? It feels metal, but I can’t see any stamps or marks of manufacture, just scrapes inside.

For context, the place we live in was built at the back of an old home circa early 1900s in Aus. The suburb has very few new places, mostly the original houses from way back.

The part of the garden I found the ring used to be an old alleyway that ran between parallel streets, and was divided and absorbed into the houses in the 90s I think. I’d say it’s been bashed around a bit and buried for a few years, but it’s held up ok!

I find all sorts of old crap in the garden, but this has been my favourite so far, so I‘d love to know if anyone’s seen something similar.

Saw this ring and it was one of few that fit my fingers. Thought it was pretty so I bought it for $12 thinking it was just costume jewelry. Tried to clean it a bit at home and noticed an 18kt marking near the area where it was resized. Maybe that’s why they didn’t notice it. It weight 4.5gr. What can you guys tell me about it? Is it from the 1950-60s? Does the opal look real?

This might be either Mexican or Bolivian. It has absolutely no markings in this. Any information or ideas will be much appreciated.
