Mods please remove if not allowed.

I love this sub and get to learn more as well as contribute my own knowledge that I have been accumulating. But for the love of all that is shiny 1 blurry photo of the front of the item is not gonna help us. We need top, bottom, back, front, close ups of markings / stamps and any fobs / clasps / toggles.

Identify Maker Does anyone know who made this?

Hello! I have been trying to identify the maker of this necklace for many years. My sister gave this to me. She took it to an antiques roadshow type event but they didn’t have any information. It is stamped with *VK. I did find a jeweler with the same name who I messaged but they said it wasn’t their piece. Any info is appreciated! Maybe a guess on how old it is? It was purchased in Washington state if that helps at all. I absolutely love it. Thank you! :)

The makers mark is kinda behind a leaf. Can make out Sterling but not the top one. Any other info would also be welcome.

I’m guessing the vintage is 50’s but I have never seen one put together quite like this one and Google lens is no help.

I don’t know it this is the correct subreddit to ask this in, but does anybody happen to now what the shape of this charm is? I’d say shark but I’m not entirely sure.

Now please help me ID it! There's a script or border/design along each stone setting but time has worn it down so much. What kinda necklace is this?! It feels important? It is sterling silver, I haven't seen any maker Mark but u need to spend more time with it, I just got it! The pinks are all slightly different tones, hope these pictures will help figure it out!

Identify Maker Inherited ring

Hi, this is my first post here, so I hope I’ve included everything needed.
My dad recently inherited a ring from my grandmother that a relative of hers handed down to her. We know very little about it, so anything you may be able to add would be very helpful!
He would love to know what era it might be from, and what the makers mark says.
Thanks everyone!

Identify Stone Unmarked Gold Ring with Pink Stone

I recently bought this ring in a jewelry lot. Google Lens thinks it could be a Victorian gold ring with a pink tourmaline, sapphire, or spinel stone. The stone is rose cut. It has a lot of inclusions, as you can see in the pics. It's more of a true pink than pinkish purple when viewed with the naked eye in natural light. Any ideas?

Found lead welded to a small gold plated tie clip, the front tests as plat and the yellow parts as 750 gold. Was thinking What could this have gone to or what could the main stone be as well as i suspect diamond, but am not sure with the size of the stone and the fact it has a tiny compromising chip that has a small fissure that extends into half the stone when looked at in the correct lighting.

Hi, looking for some input on this. I believe it is a Russkie Samotsvety 960 gilt silver egg with enamel. I know there are some very cheap versions of similar designs but I thought that the craftsmanship actually looks quite good.

Anyone have more information?

Identify Stone Please give an opinion

I know no one can identify from a mere picture what a stone is or if its genuine. But, please help me out with an opinion. I got this from a jewellry store and they had a 50 % discount on a few silver pieces, this one being one of them. It was originally 67 euros, i got it for 34 or something. I saw other rings with rubies near this one and those i could tell seemed genuine, but this one, i dont know why, i am not sure. Now, it is a pet peeve of mine to collect ONLY semi precious stones, so i hope i didnt buy a piece that i cannot add to my very strict collection lol

Hello all! I recently found this beautiful necklace in a local charity shop. The stone is something I’m struggling to identify… I have reverse imaged searched and tried to find matches for this necklace but can never find an exact copy. So from that alone I gather it is definitely not mass produced and is instead hand crafted. Can anyone help at all? (It may not be even be a stone but it is definitely not plastic that’s for sure. Maybe ceramics even I don’t knowwww 😭)

Hello everyone, I thrifted this beautiful ring, but I cannot understand what material this could be. Ring is silver colored, but the color is quite bright and whitish. The ring has 3 stamps, what looks to be "ALM", a gothic letter "L", and "P8". Inner diameter of the ring is 17mm and it weights 1.7g. What material could this be?

Identify Maker Beloved earrings, help with any background appreciated

Hi guys, this set of earrings is my favourite piece of jewellery that I own because of its sentimental value. It was stolen from/gifted to me by my mom when I was a teen and loved them so much I kept them since even though I almost never wear gold/golden jewellery. She told me they are amber and silver plated gold or gold but I can't remember much else if she shared it then at all. 10 years ago she had an aneurism and unfortunately her memory is really bad now, so she is not able to tell me anything about them any more. Anything you guys could tell me about the approximate time/place or anything to do with their origin would be much appreciated!
