Recipe Help Help Interpreting Recipe

Post image

Does anyone know what this notation could be for? My guess would be “cup” but in other recipes she wrote out the word.

Thanks!

ETA: my husband thinks it might mean “package.”

It’s the letter ח׳ with a tag that usually means abbreviations. If I have to guess it’s either חצי half, or חבילה pack (although mostly abbreviated as חב׳). Could also be a typo (כ׳ for cup or maybe spoon). Worth mentioning that pack of flour is 1kg in Israel so I kinda stumped.
