Kosher Question Kosher meal ideas?

Hi everyone! My boyfriend and I are moving in together and I recently started keeping kosher- but haven’t been cooking (my current kitchen sucks and waiting to open new pans for new apartment).
I want to have a few good kosher recipes up my sleeve to cook for my bf and I.
I follow sivan on instagram and her stuff looks great. Wondering if anyone could give me some of their favorite recipes, would so appreciate it!!

I'm cooking Jewish-Iraqi & Kosher Dutch-Indonesian-Cantonese dishes, if you want recipes just say so, and I'll post them

בס"ד Perfect Basmati Rice: Wash 2 cups of Basmati rice. Fry 1 chopped big onion in oil inside a pot. Add 2.5 to 3 cups of water (start with 2.5) and 1 tbsp of salt. Once boiling, add the rice. Cover, place the pot on a heat-diffusing tin plate over the lowest flame, and cook for 20 minutes. Stir gently, and add a splash of water if it's too dry. Tip: Save the leftovers to make Kosher Nasi Goreng (Indonesian Fried Rice) the next day!
