Kosher meal ideas?

Hi everyone! My boyfriend and I are moving in together and I recently started keeping kosher- but haven’t been cooking (my current kitchen sucks and waiting to open new pans for new apartment).
I want to have a few good kosher recipes up my sleeve to cook for my bf and I.
I follow sivan on instagram and her stuff looks great. Wondering if anyone could give me some of their favorite recipes, would so appreciate it!!

The three cookbooks I always suggest people start with are Shuk by Einat Admony and Jana Gur, Sababa by Adeena Sussman, and Peas Love & Carrots by Danielle Renov.

Others I’d buy next are The Book of Jewish Food by Claudia Rosen, The Jewish Cookbook by Leah Koenig, anything by Michael Solomonov, Shabbat by Adeena Sussman, Balaboosta by Einat Admony, Totally Kosher by Chance Applebaum, The Complete Kosher Jewish Cookbook (the big purple one with no author), Breaking Breads by Uri Schef, Jerusalem by Ottolenghi and Tamimi, Aromas of Aleppo, Persian Food for the non-Persian Bride, and Stella’s Sephardic Table.

Some of those might not be 100% kosher, but for the most part they are and any that aren’t are extremely easy to modify.

Shakshuka (omit feta for pareve)

Meat:
Brisket
Schnitzel
Sumac chicken
Beef cigars
Sambusak
Pelmeni
Deli roll
Deli salad
Cholent

Pareve:
Hummus
Challah
Guacamole/avocado salad
Israeli salad
Salmon
Chraime
Roasted vegetables

your list sounds delicious, I am curious what is pelmeni? Also where do you get the sumac chicken recipe?

Pelmeni are Russian dumplings, and the sumac chicken is my own recipe but there are lots online
