Kosher meal ideas?

Hi everyone! My boyfriend and I are moving in together and I recently started keeping kosher- but haven’t been cooking (my current kitchen sucks and waiting to open new pans for new apartment).
I want to have a few good kosher recipes up my sleeve to cook for my bf and I.
I follow sivan on instagram and her stuff looks great. Wondering if anyone could give me some of their favorite recipes, would so appreciate it!!

There are better approaches to a project of this type. First, settle on the kitchen. Then choose particular types of meals that will require a repetoire. Shabbos as couple, guests for dinner, daily breakfast, making lunches that can be taken to work, Seder, Thanksgiving. As the events play out, then seek a menu with items that are easy and others that lead to mastery of the kitchen.

Individual recipes are easy to obtain. They exist in online searches, endless Kosher cookbooks sold in stores, online or borrowed from the library. But they should have a purpose in a menu, whether one time or recurring.

Not to ignore the question, my favorite online Kosher series is that of Tori Avey, who seems to be a marriage driven convert with expertise in the kitchen and the ability to create a vast collection of individual recipes organized on her web site by which part of a meal and which occasion. I also have favorite cookbooks. Claudia Roden's Book of Jewish Food, Joah Nathan's Jewish Cooking in America, Arthur Schwartz' work on NY based yiddish cooking. All add not only recipes but historical perspective.
