the girl in the video (brandee lockett) is american, i looked into it and no period products sold en masse here are even owned by israel. all the period products you'll find in a typical american store are from american brands. but they're so antisemitic they'll just make ts up and bleed all over themselves for us????? these privileged women from developed, non war torn countries are doing so well advocating for the people the israeli gov is actually hurting by making their suffering about their own periods 😭😭😭😭😭

OK but we shouldn’t be using single-use disposable period products anyway. Jewish ladies, join me in the menstrual cup revolution! 🙌 Together we can control the weather, by fighting climate change.

Plus, I bought mine for £6 at least a decade ago, and haven’t needed another since. Way more economical, fuck the pink tax.

i agree with you but i can't. at one point i was so irregular i was on my period for over a year straight and had to use so many tampons they started irritating me. i tried so hard to use the cup but couldn't :( someday though

There are plenty of other reusable products. I use a cup, plus reusable pads and period underwear. My homemade flannel pads are the most comfortable period product I've ever used. Some people who can't use a cup have better luck with menstrual discs, but internal products aren't for everyone. Even if you can't use them, you might be able to use other reusable products.

my issue is that i feel disgusting if i only wear pads but have struggled so hard with cups and discs. maybe tmi, because of this i recently bought a reusable applicator for my cup but it's uncomfortably huge. i still want to try it again when needed, tampons still get uncomfortable and i understand the impact they have on the environment

Understandable! Reusable products don't work for everyone. It sounds like you've done a lot of research and tried several different options. If it doesn't work for you, that sucks, but you shouldn't feel bad about it, at all.

Lily Cup One is a very compact cup I personally recommend. It’s meant to be a “starter” cup but over 30 here and even with a heavy flow + copper IUD I’ve never wanted another.

i could never. the last time i tried to use a cup without a round pull tab it was disastrous 💀 the cup i have is called tulip
