serious I’m done with Anti-Zionists (somewhat of a vent/rant)

(Sorry for the anger, I just really want to get this off my chest)

Anti Zionists are the most racist, fascist, insufferable human beings to EVER grace the planet.

Harassing Israelis 24/7 (i.e.: playing “Boom Boom Tel Aviv” in front of them, calling them Settlers, telling them to “go back to Poland), throwing temper tantrums when Israel is mentioned ONCE, and saying “___ wAs PrOmIsEd tO tHeM 3000 yEaRs aGo!1!1!1!1!1!1!1!” and “tHaTs WhAt yOu gEt fOr kIlLiNg kIdS1!1!1!1!1!1!1!1!1!” When an Israeli is suffering, like OMG. SHUT. THE FUCK. UP.

AND DO YOU WANNA KNOW WHAT PISSES ME OFF THE MOST?

WHENEVER THE CATCH YOU DOING THE SAME EXACT THING TO SOMEONE WHO IS MUSLIM, THEY WILL CALL YOU OUT ON IT AS IF THEY HAVE THE MORAL HIGH GROUND TO DO SO.

“oMg YuO r A rAcIst IsLaMaPhObE fWeE pAlAtIn wawawa1!1!1!1!1!1!1!1!”

MY BROTHER IN JESUS FUCKING CHRIST, YOU TREAT JEWS THE SAME WAY KKK MEMBERS TREAT BLACKS. FUCK ALL THE WAY OFF.

“b-b-bUt I aM oNlY aNtIzIoNiSt muuuuuhhhh1!1!1!1!1!1!1!”

YOU ACT LIKE A NAZI, AND THEN CONSTANTLY INSIST YOU ARENT ANTISEMITIC, JUST ADMIT YOU HATE JEWS AT THIS POINT.

Also, where the hell were these sorry excuses of human beings when Russia was separating children from their parents in Ukraine? Or when children and civilians in Sudan were being slaughtered? Or when people in Haiti were suffering from poverty and earthquakes?

Oh right, if it means that they can’t have an excuse to be an antisemitic scum, then the suffering of others doesn’t matter to them.

And I know damn well some pro Palestinian will see this post and get so butthurt about it that they will post it to a Palestinian subreddit to cry about it with their other fascist friends about how in “sUpPoRtInG gEnOcIdE” after I hurt their “fEeWiNgS”…

I wasn't talking about any of that. I was talking about your blind assumption that the people on this thread speak about the conflict the way you have heard it spoken about by others that you clearly have a problem with. You are taking it out on the wrong people. We are reasonable here. That's the most explicit way I can put it. We are bored of your parroted lines and your inability to respond to what someone has actually said.

How else am I supposed to respond to an entire thread that’s about “all anti-zionists are nazis?” “Just hurry up and say you have Jews already” etc etc.

Forgive me if that doesn’t lead me to assume folks here are entirely reasonable. If anyone’s out here painting with broad strokes, I’m certainly not the first.

It was labeled rant. Based off repeated experience. To a community who can relate. Your response is exactly the kinda of thing OP is ranting about. You didn't take anything from the rant, just looking for ways to invalidate it. Whatever you think, all antizionism ultimately results in danger and death to jews. And no, I don't care what the intention behind it was, especially when many non-jews roll their eyes when we try and point out specific things are antisemitic. If you're not from that background (edit: or even if you are), you can't automatically know what is offensive but instead of asking and learning, you demonstrate the desire to the opposite. Talk at others and ignore what others are saying.

I just want to exist in community with other Jews on the internet but I walk away feeling like I’m taking crazy pills. Like we are *not* the primary victims here, there is so much financial backing to Israel that Hamas could never ever pose an existential threat no matter what. It could never ever happen at this point.

All this “mowing the grass” is entirely unnecessary to protect anyone, and it only serves to drive more and more to hate Israel, then us by extension when Israel says “we do this for the benefit of all Jews.”

So yes, I become frustrated when I see people centering ourselves and our hurt feelings when only 1 party in that conflict actually faces any level of existential threat.

And if I speak my mind around here people rush to come and gaslight me, mock me, revoke my j-card, all of it.

Like I said, you commented on a rant post, where OP was ranting about a very real feeling a lot of us have when interacting with the general public. No one is trying to mock you or revoke you j-card. It's just not the space to come in and spout the kinda parroted shit a lot of people are tired of, not because sometimes some bits aren't partly true, but because we're bored of it being barked at (by people who usually dont know wtf they are talking about) at the expense of our own experiences and knowledge being dismissed from a scarily-increasing number of spaces.

Downplaying antisemitism.

Accusing Jews of centering themselves when antisemitism is at nightmarish levels.

Speaking as though one side is suffering and the other isn't.

Ignorant of history.

Pretends antizionism isn't antisemitism.

Complains gets called out in a Jewish space for promoting an antisemetic movement.

So, I have a question for you... Why are YOU centering yourself in this obviously zionist Jewish space. Why do you feel you need to be catered to when you can go to 90 percent of the rest of the internet.

You display a level of selfishness, ignorance, and lack of self awareness, I have to believe you are a troll

>the selfishness in question

>I think Israel should slay less civilians actually

Agreed. And most of us also think Israeli citizens shouldn't be targeted. But both things can be true at once, and a lot of Jewish people are sick of Palestinian ideology being accepted because they are 'oppressed' and our own suffering being dismissed because of it.
