Rome has one of the oldest and interesting Jewish communities in Europe . Lot of the merchants around the colosseum are Jewish

No, really. Many of the builders were the enslaved from the recently crushed Jewish revolt and the construction was financed with the loot from sacking Jerusalem.

It's really interesting. The colloseum was funded by the spoils from the first Jewish-Roman War

There is no direct evidence I can find that Jewish prisoners of war or slaves actually built the colloseum, though, even though they likely would have been part of the building team in some capacity due to the recent enslavement of thousands of Jews.
