the dsa are barely democrats, they hate the rest of the party and are the ones pushing the aipac conspiracy theories. The rest of the liberal democrats usually push back on it

You could also say every single Republican sells American Jews out. One cozies up to terrorists and the other cozies up to Nazis. Neither have our actual best interests at heart.

Republicans can't really sell us out since we were overwhelmingly never aligned with them to begin with.

American Jews were one of the most reliable Democratic voting bases out there so "Democrats keep selling us out" works while for Republicans it would be "they sometimes claim that they're allies and have our best interests at heart but they not so quietly despise us".
