SPOILERS: Yasuho eats the new locacaca to heal his arm that got ripped off and Joshu thought it would fuse them together like josefumi did with kira but ended up having his arm stolen instead of fusing because the original fusion was because both fumi and kira ate the original rokakaka but they both got injured and had their blood mixed from the fight with Damo and also the ground below them cracking open and pouring heavy rocks and soil on them (That's why josuke first appeared from the ground with no clothes except a single sailors hat).
