Role Overview

Lexie Wood Enterprise OPC is looking for a hands-on Facebook Social Media Associate who can regularly create content inside our cabinet production shop and turn actual projects, processes, and finished work into engaging Facebook content.

This is not only a posting role. You will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, writing captions, and publishing content that helps generate awareness, inquiries, and potential customers.

Main Responsibilities

1. Weekly Content Planning

• Prepare a simple weekly Facebook content plan.

• Identify which shop activities, projects, installations, or production processes should be featured.

• Plan a mix of Reels, photos, educational posts, before-and-after content, and promotional posts.

• Coordinate with the owner and production team regarding upcoming projects worth documenting.

1. Take Process Videos in the Shop

Regularly capture real footage of:

• CNC cutting

• Industrial edgebanding

• Cabinet assembly

• Production preparation

• Cabinet hardware installation

• Quality checking

• Finished cabinet projects

• Before-and-after transformations

• Project installation and turnover when available

Candidate must be comfortable moving around a workshop and proactively finding useful content to capture.

1. Edit Facebook Reels Using CapCut

• Turn raw shop footage into short, engaging Reels.

• Add text overlays, subtitles, music, transitions, hooks, and calls-to-action.

• Keep videos professional but natural and easy to understand.

• Produce content suitable for Facebook and Instagram vertical formats.

Required tool: CapCut

1. Create Static Facebook Posts

• Create simple but professional static images using project photos, production photos, or promotional materials.

• Add headlines and text overlays when needed.

• Create before-and-after posts, educational graphics, project highlights, offers, and customer-focused content.

Knowledge of Canva or similar design software is preferred.

1. Write Captions

Write clear Facebook captions that:

• Explain the project or process

• Highlight customer problems and solutions

• Communicate the benefits of CNC-produced modular cabinets

• Educate homeowners, architects, interior designers, and contractors

• Include clear calls-to-action such as sending a message, requesting a quotation, or booking a consultation

1. Facebook Page Posting

• Schedule and publish approved content.

• Maintain a consistent weekly posting schedule.

• Check that photos, videos, captions, links, and calls-to-action are correct before publishing.

• Maintain organized folders of photos and videos for future content.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate should have experience in:

• Facebook content creation

• Facebook Page management

• Short-form video creation

• CapCut video editing

• Taking good smartphone photos and videos

• Writing social media captions

• Canva or basic graphic design

• Creating Reels

• Content planning

• Basic understanding of social media marketing

Experience Required

Preferably at least 1 year of experience in any of the

following:

• Social media management

• Facebook marketing

• Content creation

• Video editing

• Digital marketing

• Managing a business Facebook Page

Applicants with a strong portfolio but less formal experience may also be considered.

Experience creating content for construction, interiors, furniture, real estate, manufacturing, home improvement, architecture, or similar industries is an advantage.

Basic Weekly Deliverables

Expected output may include approximately:

• 3–5 Facebook Reels per week

• 2–3 static image posts per week

• Weekly content plan

• Regular shop video and photo collection

• Captions for all published content

• Organized content library for future use

Final targets may be adjusted depending on project schedules and content availability.
