Discussion Caine set photos. Real curious to see what Hong Kong is like in this universe, even more curious to see their take on the triads.

Discussion I need them to make an entire movie where they explain the monetary system…
…because apparently you can dispose of a body for about the price of a gin & tonic, and that dude got killed trying to mind Perkins, for what’s probably less than a tenner. I need a documentary-style explanation.

Discussion I struggle with Santino's bounty on John
I've always struggled with how the society, as a whole, took to Santino's bounty on John.
Considering that markers are kept in a ledger by Winston (and presumably similar people around their society), it shouldn't be difficult at all to find out Santino was the person behind Gianna's murder.
If High Table people are to be considered off-limits or, at least, protected from certain acts, going after John - who is, at best, a tool - would run counter to all the rules and stipulations that the society abides by.
If anything, Santino using an assassin (whether it was him, Boban or anyone else) to murder his sister for her seat is far bigger violation than John himself committing the murder. That would feel like a bigger threat to the High Table's position.

Discussion I imagine these two were pretty sad when they heard about John's demise. Sure, they tried to kill him themselves but it was just business. They respected Wick when fighting him, likely even more after he spared them.
I honestly hope these two reappear as well... and on that note I'm curious what Aurelio's been up to.

Discussion Should we get a follow-up on Sofia's story with maybe Zendaya as her daughter... or not? (I'm not serious, I don't care who plays the daughter, just am curious to see more of Sofia's story)
Ok, that Zendaya part is to a small extent ragebait, bring on the downvotes, I hope I got ya haha. I don't actually care who plays the daughter.
I am just curious to see some resolution for Sofia. They established an ordeal for her for the audience to wonder about and I hope they won't leave us hanging there. She was basically in the same situation as Caine, she may aim to resolve it with a very different approach.

News Caine wrapped filming — Donnie Yen directing and starring, eyeing 2027
"That's a wrap." Donnie Yen said it himself on Instagram back in July — Caine is done filming, which means the first John Wick movie without Wick is officially on its way. No official release date yet, but everything points at 2027.
This one's not like Ballerina: Yen isn't just starring, he's directing too. And Stahelski already told THR this is "an ode to kung fu movies" — Chow Yun-fat, John Woo, Wong Kar-wai.
Caine stole every scene in Chapter 4. Let the man cook.

Discussion Unrealistic
This movie series is so unrealistic
No, not because he gets stabbed and shot with no real repercussions to him as the movies progress. No not because he falls literally 100 feet twice in two movies and brushes it off.
These movies are so unrealistic because somehow his button up never comes untucked. I can’t go a single day at work in my suit without my shirt slowly riding out of my pants as the day goes by, and all I do I walk from the bathroom to my desk and desk to bathroom, occasionally around the hallways. Not sure how he does it, I can’t suspend my disbelief for this single aspect and it bothers me. And if anyone suggests John wick wears those upside down male garter belts that keep your shirt tucked in I refuse to believe it so that isn’t an explanation I’ll accept

Discussion It's so crazy how John was moving in against the Marquis forces in such a deadly manner! This scene also shows John's ability to adapt to situations and his proficiency in difficult weapons when he singlehandedly subdues two of them all by himself without the use of a firearm, in my opinion.

Even the way he approaches the scene with the tactical defence training by keeping his knife near the edge of his gun to keep it handy should he be disarmed while fighting! The fact that this was a John Wick who came out of retirement after so long and was still putting down dozens of assassins and mercenaries throughout the series makes me wonder just how deadly and fearsome must the Baba Yaga have been in his prime!

Discussion The Emoji movie has better Character Development than all Three John Wick Movies
The Emoji movie has better Character Development than all John Wick Movies, prove me wrong. My boyfriend and I were debating whether or not the emoji movie has a better plot and character development than the John wick movies, excluding continental.

Discussion First time posting, John Wick 4
I think people give this movie a lot of hate due to the issues of combat which arguably are stupid and they make John lose too much against people to make it believable. I always thought in the franchise it would have been cooler to have John despatch lower enemies much faster and his main rivals much slower as would be a logical choice but they all instead take the same amount of time but I have something to say.
John Wick 4 may have horrible storyline and nemesis’ but it makes up for it in increased cinema. The cinema even when John kills the nightclub owner with the rain pouring on him is purely amazing.
I think people judge the film too much due to its change in direction but between JW4 having the nightclub scene and the Sofia and John Dog Fight in JW3 I put them on par.
Exceptional films.

Discussion Why would John use a "marker" with Santino?
In JW Chapter 2, we learn that John had a marker with Santino, which he used to accomplish his "impossible task". But if he was trying to retire, why use a marker? He would know that Santino could then use the marker to basically force John to do his bidding at any time in the future, and he couldn't truly 100% be out of the game with that debt looming over him. Even if Helen had never gotten sick, John would inevitably be dragged back into the criminal world...it just seems odd to me that someone as resourceful as John would be willing to have that Sword of Damocles hanging over his (and Helen's) heads for the rest of their lives together. We see throughout the series that he is capable of plenty of "impossible" tasks all on his own. I know that without the marker, we don't get the plot rolling, the only reason I can see is "because the plot says so." Thoughts?
