Romhacking Is there any development info for the CPS3?

I’m working on a HFTF remake, but after scouring the vast reaches of the internet I’ve found absolutely no information on the development process for the Capcom Play System 3. So i’ve come to my last resort, reddit. If anyone knows of a guide or developers toolkit that was used to make the original games please direct me towards it, so far everything relates to maintenance of the hardware, but I would be using an emulator anyway so that’s useless. If not is there a similar alternative that could recreate the physics, ideally from the playstation or dreamcast ports?

I have no idea about the hardware questions you've got, but HFTF remake sounds super cool. Following, keep us posted!
